Refund Policy

At Atlas Agency Plus, we strive to deliver high-quality marketing and digital services that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are generally final. However, we have established the following refund guidelines:

1. Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and work with you to make reasonable adjustments or corrections.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

  • The service was not delivered as described in the agreement

  • Atlas Plus failed to perform the service despite reasonable opportunity to correct

3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

  • Contact us at agencyatlas42@gmail.com with your service details and reason for the request

  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed services delivered according to the agreement

  • Partial services already rendered where work has been approved

  • Change of mind or client preference

5. Modifications to Policy
Atlas Plus reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
